The objective of the E4E project
is to prepare better equipped engineers through the acquisition of new competences, covering new knowledge, attitudes and leadership skills while focusing on digital, green, resilient and innovative entepreneurship.
E4E will bridge the gaps between education and industry, while operationalising EU competence frameworks (DigComp, LifeComp, EntreComp) for engineers.
Brief programme
- Presentation of the new online training course developed by the ETHER-research team with the financial support of the Engineers 4 Europe (E4E) project: Strategic Shift: Professional Development for the Engineer of the future | edX. The aim of this course is to help engineers develop their professional competencies such as self-reflection, feedback literacy and self-regulation.
- Information sessions on topics related to the professional development of engineers.
